One of the things I've noticed throughout my life is that I'm naturally drawn to what sits just beneath the surface. The conversation underneath the conversation. The question someone almost asks before changing the subject. The moment something clicks and a person begins seeing herself in a way she never quite had before.
For more than fifteen years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as a licensed therapist. Those years shaped the way I listen, the questions I ask, and the deep respect I have for every person's unique story. They've also taught me that while every woman has her own story, many of the questions beneath those stories are surprisingly familiar. Questions about identity, purpose, relationships, change, and what it means to keep becoming throughout our lives.
Along the way, I've been deeply influenced by Human Design, nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, and a lifelong curiosity about what helps us understand ourselves more honestly. Each offers a different lens, but they all point me back to the same belief: we don't need another person telling us who we are. We need thoughtful conversations, meaningful experiences, and the opportunity to discover that for ourselves.
I've never been interested in helping women become someone else. I've always been more interested in helping them understand themselves more honestly, trust themselves more deeply, and recognize the woman they've been becoming all along.

Human Design through the lens of lived experience.
I don't offer traditional Human Design readings because I've never believed that understanding yourself comes from collecting more information.
Instead, I use your chart as a lens for a different kind of conversation.
Together, we'll pay attention to the themes, patterns, and gifts that seem most alive for you right now. We'll connect them to your everyday life, your relationships, your work, and the questions you're already carrying.
Rather than trying to explain every detail of your chart, we'll focus on what feels meaningful, practical, and true.
My role isn't to tell you who you are.
It's to help you recognize more of yourself through the lens of Human Design.

Some conversations are simply better shared.
There is something quietly powerful about sitting with women who are willing to be curious together. I've watched someone find language for her own experience simply because another woman was willing to share hers first. Those moments remind me that while our stories are all different, the questions beneath them often have something in common.
Some will include Human Design, while others may weave together reflection, embodiment practices, journaling, creativity, or guest practitioners. No two gatherings will look exactly the same because each one is shaped by the women who are in the room. What you can always expect is a thoughtfully curated experience where meaningful conversation, genuine connection, and a little more self-understanding naturally unfold.

Sometimes the pace of everyday life makes it difficult to hear ourselves think.
Retreats are an opportunity to step away from the noise long enough to reconnect with what matters most. Set in beautiful natural environments and thoughtfully curated from beginning to end, each retreat brings together Human Design, reflection, embodiment practices, nourishing meals, creativity, guest practitioners, and plenty of room to breathe.
I've never believed that a beautiful place changes us on its own. I do believe that beauty has a way of helping us settle. When we settle, we notice more. We hear ourselves differently. We return home not because we've become someone new, but because we've spent enough time with ourselves to remember what matters.
From time to time, I'll share thoughtful reflections, upcoming gatherings and retreats, and a glimpse of what's unfolding at Becoming with Marilyn. I'd love to have you along for the journey.
